Courses isn't effective that much.

I beleive that the most learing way is to improve your skills by yourself. For exmaple, parcticing with others and useing it in your life espacilly with foriegn people. So, you can hear them and know how to use it correctly.

Well, I beleive that excersing is the most effective way to stay fit and healthy. You can join health club or doing excersie at home listeing to good music.

Personally, I'm walking daily more than 30 minutes. That's help me to stay fit and have good and healthy body.
