Well Shonen JUMP Austin, Texas concluded yesterday and a big round of applause goes to Chris Bowling who has claimed another Shonen title. Climbing to the top amidst a field of almost 500 premier Yugioh duelist wielding his invincible [ Twilight Deck ] deck this weekend.

After playing Blackwings, Plants, and facing off countless Lightsworns and Gladiator Beast decks I wanted to play something a little different. [ Hopeless Dragon ] gave me some 'Hope' and sure enough adding a little bit of the fun-element into the deck I've had a blast dueling with the power of Dragons recently.
Focused... primarily around lotsa draw power; Future Fusion, Card Trooper, Foolish Burial, and Armageddon Knight help to throw a lot of the necessities in the graveyard. I added the [ Sky Scourge Norleras x1 ] to turn the game into a top decking game with my opponent. If [ Future Fusion ] is in my opening hand lots of momentum is thrown on my side because sure enough T2 a bunch of Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon's should be hitting the field...
[ Prime Material Dragon ]works wonders against stuff like [ Dark Armed Dragon ] and [ Judgment Dragon ] since you can simply discard to stop their effects. But everything does revert back to keeping the star of the show [ Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon ] on the field and using his wonderful effect of Special Summoning other Dragon's to your side of the field.
This deck of course is still in the works as I tweak it daily but it's a lot of fun and if you have the chance to build one especially with Ancient Prophecy SE's out on 10/13/09, Red Eyes Wyverns will be more affordable than ever!!! gL all and have fun : )Read More
