Help your tyke build the foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle while having fun! No yoga experience is required. In Little Family IBY class, younger siblings are welcome to come to class, too! Finally, a program suitable for more than one child in a family.
Namaste Baby proudly offers Itsy Bitsy Yoga®, developed by Helen Garabedian. All Itsy Bitsy Yoga® classes offered by Namaste Baby are taught by Lauren Bellon or another Certified Itsy Bitsy Yoga® Facilitators.
