Palo Alto City Library The City of Palo Alto will host a community meeting to review and discuss the plans for the new Mitchell Park Library and Community Center, the renovated Downtown Library, and the temporary library to provide service while the Mitchell Park Library is closed. This community meeting will be held Thursday, October 29, from 7-8:30 p.m., at the Mitchell Park Community Center, 3800 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto.
