I want to volunteer, but every time I visit the website, it says that "programs" are full and to come back later -months later.
Is this organization really so rich and saturated that it can turn away willing volunteers?How is that? Its really hard to believe.

I just found this on one of my animal rescue sights,please do something if you can..This person who threw these defenseless puppies into the river has got to be found and prosecuted to the full extent !!!

Aggie Stein-Kiss I have adopted a dog from the OC shelter in order to save him from PTS and to find him a good home. Currently I am fostering him looking for a home. Problem is he gets very aggressive toward other dogs on the street, on leash . At home he is a submissive to my dog and my other foster, both females. Other dogs can come ...to play at my house and he is friendly. Its on the street, on the leash where he gets crazy, even snapped at my hand once. He is a miniature pincher trying to pick fight with german shepps, pitts, etc. DO you offer agression classes? I went to your website but I only saw basic training classes. Thank you :)

Los Angeles Vegan Events Please make plans to attend the Vegan Bake Sale to Save Pittie Sisters! "Trip of Their Lives" on Sunday 8/29 at Locali Conscious Convenience. Karma & Jezebel were rescued by ARME - Animal Rescue, Media & Education when their owners took them to LA Animal Services. They were temporarily cared for at Pasadena Humane So...ciety & SPCA, but were still not adopted. Please donate and attend the bake sale so ARME can continue to foster them, search for adopters (they're available, http://bit.ly/saveusplease , ID# A274797 & ID# A274798) or take them to a rescue in Canada. http://www.arme.tv/donate.htm

Kristina Leach Just wanted to tell you guys - you are the best. I had to rescue two puppies that were being mistreated yesterday (by negligent neighbors) and from the moment I called you until the SPCA rep took the little loves away, you were wonderful.
