Penn Athletics Any freshmen who moved in to The Quad today can thank Penn Football seniors who helped with move-in. The football team s busy today with practice, meetings and its first intrasquad scrimmage, but the Quakers always have time for their fans.

On a blazing hot summer day in Philadelphia, the senior members of the University of Pennsylvania football team took some time to lend a hand to incoming freshmen.

Penn Athletics Football took time off from practice this morning to take part in its annual Media Day. Reporters from Comcast Sports Net, the Inquirer, Daily News, Daily Pennsylvanian and more met with the team.

Football players and coaches met with more than a dozen members of local and national media outlets on Monday. The team also made sure to honor fallen teammate Owen Thomas.

      Fans can now purchase single game tickets to all five Penn home football games this season. Single-game tickets start as low as $8. The Quakers' season starts at Franklin Field on Sept. 18.
