Jeff Hey Students! I need a roommate for Fall 2010/Spring 2011. Rent is currently $2700/semester with all utilities included, save cable and internet. You'd have your own (big) bedroom with a door, great heating, huge living room, full kitchen (w/new appliances), nice bath. The place was just renovated from the ground up a ...year ago.
