Pennsylvania College of Technology The Penn College community will welcome 100 new students and 60 guests to the Spring 2010 Welcome Weekend session on Saturday. Many returning students also will be visiting campus Sunday to take care of last-minute business, attend housing meetings and enjoy a very popular comedian, Sheng Wang.
