Our family uses the "Switch Witch" methode... the kids choose a few "keeper" candies of their choice and the rest is left in a bag outside their door. During sleepytime, the "Switch Witch" arrives to exchange the candy for a treat: a book, Wii game, puzzle, crayons, temp tatoos, etc... The kids aren't disappointed by the loss of candy because they get a surprise in the morning!
