Kathy Fish oil ....so confusing??? What brand? label that reads DHA then EPA? daily mg?Where were the fish raised? Fish oil/Salmon Oil? Eatting pretty much no OMEGA-3 in diet I MUST add supplements. And have. The more I read about fish oil, I am more confused and seems the capsules I am taken are correct eithier. Is there a ...Brand anyone can recommend for someone that lacks Omega-3 in diet?

Ideally, one would aim for close to 1000 mg of DHA and EPA combined. That might mean quite a few fish oil pills!

If you are eating fish, it matters a lot where the fish are raised. In taking fish oil, properly purified, it doesn't matter nearly as much. Nobody knows the perfect ratio of DHA to EPA. There are ... See Moreseveral decent brands. We like Nordic Naturals or Kirkland (Costco) or Carlson. The best way to find a good fish oil product, as with other dietary supplements, is to consult ConsumerLab.com. Yes, it costs money, but you get an answer based on testing rather than reputation.

Sharon Wright Bower Have you guys heard anything about why Drixoral is no longer available in the US? It seems the only way to get it is to order it from a Canadian website. The Merck website suggests Claritin as a substitute, but Claritin is a very different product and doesn't work as well for me. There doesn't appear to be a generic for it, either. Thanks!
