The LA times reported that you invited Kate Gossling which is very disturbing to me. The conference embodies the attributes of inspirational role models who share their knowledge and talents with the world in ways that communicate values of
...
excellence, service to others, transformal change for a better future and self empowerment. Kate Gossling does not posses any of those qualities or ideals. All the speakers are role models who we can look up to, people who have made the world a better place by their struggles, courage, and knowledge. Again Kate Gossling has not come anywhere close to those achievements. Please, Please Maria, reconsider having this person be a speaker. The only reason we know her at all is not through her accomplishments, but by her choice to use her children as source of income for a lifestyle that is diametrically opposite of the spirit and ideals the conference was founded on.Keep the integrity of conference. Please don’t keep Kate Gossling

I am sitting in my spiritual place on top of the mountain with the ashes of my father, mother and daughter nearby, listening to these four women bring me more in touch with my grief. We are a sisterhood - no just part of humanity. We all lose someone we love and we all feel the sadness when it happens.

...
together to support a good and just way of life and promote a lifestyle that will allow our community to thrive made me feel hopeful and strong! I am so glad I found out about this!!!! LO

I can't wait to attend this year's conference...always a highlight! You do great work! Like Janice Vasquez I too wonder at the choice of Kate Gosselin as a speaker? what has she done to merit this? Please keep the integrity of the Conference first and foremost in your mind...we do not want to disintegrate into
tabloid type hype! Thanks for listening!
