    Monday is a great day to eat a BIG SALAD!! If you indulged a little this weekend-well get right back on it! Eat a small breakfast, just a little protein for lunch, a small peice of fruit at 3 and a big salad for dinner!!! (Eat 30 minutes earlier-go for a walk-and drink lots of water!!!

      • Michelle Locke Kraft ‎100% fruit smoothie for breakfast, BIG salad for lunch, 2 mile walk followed by a big bowl of watermelon. Snack this afternoon will be homemade hummus and baked pitas; dinner will be stir-fry veggies with brown rice...YUM!
