Greg Smith I hope for two things in the immediate future:
1. That he lets Alan get on with the fantastic job he's been doing, and doesn't wield his notorious axe.
2. That the more angsty among us don't start getting on his case if he doesn't give Alan any money in january, or if we don't get promotion at the first attempt. We should be grateful we're still in existence.
