    Pana acum am vorbit de alimente sanatoase. Incep acum o serie zilnica de recomandari cu "NU" . Sa incepem cu clasicii cartofi prajiti, mai ales cei de la fast food sau preambalati (ex chipsuri), care contin cel putin 16% grasime care se depune imediat si alte substante nocive care pot provoca boli grave de inima. Ca si solutie, daca va plac mult cartofii, incercati cartofii copti cu branzica de vaci.
