Project Homeless Connect is tomorrow, 9/1. PHC is a one-day, one-stop event at Skagit Valley College which will provide an array of free services, including but not limited to: medical/vision screenings, dental services, chemical dependency & mental
health screenings, haircuts, clothing, food, WA State ID,
veterinary services, and access to community agency staff who specialize
in assisting homeless individuals.
