Bootcamp this evening peeps? Fingers crossed for the weather but remember - there's no such thing as 'bad weather'.. just 'bad choice of clothes'!

Neil will be attending tonight session so if you do pop along and concerned about anything in particular you could always ask him but of course Lee will be able to offer you alternative exercises that don't aggravate your back :) CJx
