Jan Brewer Today I announced the promotion of Eileen Klein to Chief of Staff. Ms. Klein currently serves as my Deputy Chief of Staff for Finance and Director of the Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting. Kevin Tyne will be joining the Republican Governor's Association in an advisory role and assisting the RGA in electing Republican Governors in the West.
