Ate the best vegi burger of my life today at 5 Napkin Burger here in Atlanta, 990 Piedmont. Patty was a 1/4" thick, and beet red from the bushel of beets and fist full of sprouts I think they used...I should have taken a picture...Oh, the sweet potato fries were also delicious--really thick, with the perfect balance of outside crunchy and inside soft. Yum. Bet you didn't know I was a foodie.
