Gina I am so excited about this airlline and can't wait for it to come to Boston or Providence, RI! I really don't like shoving him under the seat. He hates it and is scared to death and I feel awful. SO...hurry up and get up here! :-)

Janine Hi, you wonderful people! Finally, a pet airline! I know you don't fly from anywhere in Europe (yet!!) but I need to get my Shar Pei from Germany to the US. Any suggestions on what will be the safest way or a service you maybe recommend? I am so scared to put him in Cargo though :( Thanks!

Hi Janine, when I moved from Germany to the US last year in April, I checked pretty much all possibilities. Not too many options when you have a dog who suffers from severe separation anxiety... The cruise lines told me that my dog would not be allowed inside the cabin, the container ships told me that they don't allow dogs on board, the airlines ... Read Morethought I was nuts when I asked if they could lock me up in the cargo hold together with my dog. So I liquidized all my belongings, and flew together with my dog in a tiny private plane...

Why would anyone want to donate an animal to replace one that was killed by violence? Putting animals in harms way in not very nice. "Here Mr. Lion, how about I stick you in a cage where you may or may not live out the rest of your natural life."

I shouldn't have read that article, because now I'm mad. I just read that article. The Afghans apparently didn't treat their lion very well. He was toothless and half blind after 23 years of poor treatment. If I had the option, instead of sending them anymore animals, I'd take the ones that they currently have in their possession.

the only one that we will fly at the moment is guinea pigs. However we are hoping to open up to more type of animals in the future.

Cool because I don't have any cats or dogs! But I have an 8 year old chinchilla who I'm REALLY attached to, and I'm not going anywhere without him! I also have guinea pigs, so that's awesome that you are flying those guys, too :)

Depends on how you transfered the money, if you did it through western union then there is very little chance in getting the money back. I am sorry to hear about this and we do try to prevent these types of situations so if you wouldnt mind sending any emails they have sent to you to Joel@petairways.com we will look into the situation and see if we... Read More try to put an end to the scams. Unfortunately, there are a lot of scams that go on in the pet industry and once we put an end to one we see others pop up. Again we are sorry this happened to you. For anyone else reading this please contact us if you are unsure about something and we only fly in the US and will only take credit card as a form of payment.
