If you picked up the most recent Sports Illustrated, you may have read about Pat Celesnik, a fan from Derry, Pa., who suffered life-threatening complications following a heart catheterization in April. Inspired by the Penguins postseason play, Celesnik’s recovery mirrored the Penguins’ brea...thtaking Stanley Cup championship run.
