Which do you like best and why? I am considering designing a 2012 Barn Calendar. I love old barns. Do you think that is a good idea? Would you want one? And - which cover do you like best and why do you feel that way. Thank you! I am shooting gorgeous marshes now in low light heavy rain. Which I like doing, Here in Maine. - Chris Sjoe I think, I like the one with the red barns best, because they are so typical and an good eyecatcher as a cover too! and a barn calendar is nice!

- Sheila Little The red barns are lovely,the colour, the lines,their condition.The pic on the right is whimsical and mysterious. The one in the middle is welcoming ,has a certain grace,new feeling ,like the cold weather season that is coming.Each One has its' own merits.Thank You Don.

- Dan Randall I like 'em all, but their is only one image in which the barns are the ONLY subject matter and that is the one on the left with the red barns. The other images are very nice but in them the barns are only one element in the overall picture. Also, the left image would stand out the best on a shelf as it is the most vivid.

- Lili Feinstein Exactly what Dan said! And while I really love the one on the right with the sun (I love all three, but the the one on the right is probably my personal favorite), the red barns on the left just screams "Country Barns"!

- Allison Bosch Leeds My vote for cover art also goes to the Red barns, but not just because they are the standard barn red. It's because this shot is bright, cheerful. I adore the other 2 for their serenity, but those pics are best saved for the February & November pages.

- Donald Verger Marie, the one on the right i took years ago on my daughter's birthday morning, i do that each year :), she is getting married in a few weeks at Fenway Park :), and it makes me smile too, i may chose it for that reason or feeling :) this am the vote is 50 50j

  I showed this to Kent. He votes for the middle barn. I asked why? "Because of the horses & rock wall." Come to think of it, this one & the sunrise barn are standouts too because they have soul & differ from the expected red barn. Carolyn's ...sunrise barn, along w/the birthday morning history means much, either as the cover or used for her birthday month. I'll bet you & your family are excited about her upcoming wedding!See More

  Red barns are bold. They stand out. The crisp handsome contrasting white boards help define their character.
  
  But what do I like? The misty glow permeating through the treetops, across the field revitalizes the aging structure. The ima...ge on the right is less flashy than the bright bold colors of the red barns in the left frame. And, it also projects warmth that is truly more inviting than the center photo. It just says to me, pick me up and turn my pages, see what treasures I may contain!

- Mary Stephens Hello Don.. cant seem to get onto the voting page, but I would without hesitation vote for the sunset one. although red is eyecatching, I feel there is something more luring about a sunset, it is romantic and everyone loves romance, so yes, the one on the right get my vote for the front cover. keep up the good work, cant wait to see the rest :)

- Michelle Loetz My favourite is actuallly the far right image at sunrise, but as has been said before the Red Barn is so dramatic and "Stand Out " - to catch the eye when for sale. Love them all and cannotw ait to see the rest! ;-) Also surprised that Red Barn isnt streaks ahead!

- Pablo Conrad Photography The red barn is a stronger image for the cover. It grabs your eye quicker from farther away and the text doesn't distract from the image.
