- Freda Naude I read it. Very upsetting for a property professional to have your frustrations with the system confirmed. This is only one of the corrupt practices in use. I hope all the other bad apples are sorted out soon!

- Marc Lunau I suspected for long that its all all a big set up including bidder syndications without the auctioneers involvement. I hope it will help to clean up the industry - fast. I have no doubt in my mind that others do it too, not just AA.
