The Big Mac is back!
McLaren have just released images of the successor to their highly acclaimed F1. Dubbed P1, information on the car is scarce at present as the official unveiling doesn't occur until the Paris Motor Show in a just over a weeks time.
The styling is clearly influenced by the MP4-12C but with added horn. We like. The P1 is rumoured to share parts with its smaller sibling such as... the carbon fibre tub around which the MP4-12C is based. Other rumours suggest the car will use a modified version of the 12Cs twin turbo V8 coupled to an F1 style Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS), potentially giving the P1 over 900hp.
McLaren are declining to comment on what will power the new Macca, however they have said this will be 'the best driver’s car in the world on road and track'. Bring it on!
