This is a great picture. The kind of compassion and sincerity that (sadly) is all too lacking in most of our leaders.

When Stock was Leader of the Opposition, Jean Chretien wasn't even planning on visiting ground zero. I understand it was only because Stock and the other party leaders came together and said "We're going, with you or without you," that a Canadian delegation even went down.
