'Brendan' is a typical example of why we still have a 24/7 emergency service. He had developed fluid in the sac around his heart - a life threatening condition. Thankfully his owner knew something was seriously wrong and rushed him in to us on Friday night. He was treated and supervised throughout the night and all of the following day.
