Dave joined members of the Ex-Indian Servicemen’s Associtaion for the annual celebration of the independence India held August 15 at the Indian Consulate in Vancouver. Dave attended the India Day celebrations as Parliamentary Secretary for Multiculturalism for the Province of British Columbia and as an MLA of Indian descent.
