This has my vote - it is a clever design with the shadow lettering.
April 17, 2009 at 2:45pm
Owen Cottom
this one is great :)
April 17, 2009 at 2:48pm
Kyle Oliphint
My favorite of the four.

Jason Wakefield
This has my vote

James Haslam
Definitely the best. J
April 17, 2009 at 3:10pm
Lily Sawyer
My choice of the four.
April 17, 2009 at 3:14pm
Liam Thatcher
This is by far the best... No question about it
April 17, 2009 at 3:18pm
Paul Wolfram
Second Choice. I like the cleverness of this design but I find the glory looking concept four gives me more of an instant lift as I look at it.
April 17, 2009 at 3:28pm
Megan Jukes
Ian and I both like this one the best!
April 17, 2009 at 4:09pm
Mike Escutia
This one cool, but feels cropped somehow. ;)
April 17, 2009 at 4:36pm
Dan Lee
The concept has my vote, wouldn't be clear from some four meters away on a shelf. Why not have the same birds eyes view of Jesus' feet raised of the ground with the same shadow but cut off like the text so you would only see the bottom half his body?
April 17, 2009 at 4:36pm
Rey Reynoso
This One.
April 17, 2009 at 5:11pm
Shannon Lee Lewis
Definitely the best of these 4
April 17, 2009 at 5:13pm
Peter Krajewski
This is my favourite!
April 17, 2009 at 5:16pm
Becky Gillam
definitely!! :) x
April 17, 2009 at 5:17pm
Greg Verrall
Very clever! I think it is hard to read though.
April 17, 2009 at 5:33pm
Keith Miller
pretty good, but the fonts aren't quite right.
April 17, 2009 at 5:44pm
Diane Bartosch
I like the uniqueness of it.
April 17, 2009 at 5:49pm
Brian Dellinger
I really like the idea here, but I do think the clipping of the white text makes it a little too 'odd'. Maybe getting it all in frame somehow?
April 17, 2009 at 5:56pm
Rick Broussard
So much depends on the tone of the contents, but this is the most compelling cover concept. I think the vanishing type will be attention-getting even from four meters away and will draw a reader in for a closer look.
April 17, 2009 at 6:03pm
Sam Osborne
Very unique; it communicates the core message well.
April 17, 2009 at 6:29pm
BenEli Sansburn
Definitely the best
April 17, 2009 at 7:28pm
Angela Belt Snipes
1st choice.
April 17, 2009 at 7:37pm
Bekki Slowley
I really like this one! Though perhaps the shadowed lettering might be less readable from far away. Maybe if all all the white lettering was on the page too. Though then you lose the point of it.
But it's original and stylish and modern.
April 17, 2009 at 7:46pm
Alex S. Leung
This one!!
The visual creativity really puts into imagery what the book is about:)
April 17, 2009 at 9:37pm
Brian Montanari
This one's a winner!!!
April 17, 2009 at 9:38pm
Marcus Collins
Definitely this one! i really like the imagery and creativity of the background and shadowed lettering. i think "Resurrection" should be in the same typeface, though: the scripty typeface looks very out of place.
April 17, 2009 at 11:12pm
Diego F. Kim
This one 2nd
April 17, 2009 at 11:46pm
Kemi Woods
best one!
April 18, 2009 at 12:19am
Dafydd M Job
This would be my choice
April 18, 2009 at 12:41am
Rob Nickel
Definitely original. A fresh change from the ordinary when it comes to book covers
April 18, 2009 at 12:51am
Andy Moore
Eye-catching, thoughtful and interesting design. I like the visual texture; there's depth to it where the others feel flat. Of the four designs, I think this is the only one I would pick up off the shelf. There are some good ideas in the other designs, but they would definitely need more working up. How much more work will go into finalising these (or the chosen) concepts? Happy to help more if that's useful.

Jonathan Carswell
this is very good - though the subtitle fonts arent great...having three differnt fonts on the cover makes it too busy
April 18, 2009 at 3:04am
Robert Mark Spencer
I love this one. I agree though with Jonathan about the sub-title fonts. I love the way this cover seems to give you thed feeling there's a light shining over your right shoulder, casting the letter-shadows on the wall. Actually, the sense of a presence of a light-source that may come as a surprise. Yes, nice cover, this.
April 18, 2009 at 3:07am
Gary Barnes
I like this one, but would prefer the white lettering to be tottaly on the page (although I'm probably missing the point of it).
April 18, 2009 at 3:28am
Jaz Potter
nope
April 18, 2009 at 3:59am
Dave Bish
Design and colours are just so much better than the other three. This one would look very nice on my shelf.
April 18, 2009 at 4:10am
Thomas King
I vote for this one
April 18, 2009 at 4:42am
Elly Pearce
this is unusual but says something so think it gets my vote
April 18, 2009 at 4:51am
Eric Williams
eh. ok
April 18, 2009 at 5:56am
Matt Eastman
this one
April 18, 2009 at 6:11am
Lisa Francesca
sorry not this one
April 18, 2009 at 8:42am
Deb Welch
Good. Maybe do something more with the fonts. But I like.
April 18, 2009 at 10:31am
Grace Rudd Hosier
Predictably religious and safe . No no no
April 18, 2009 at 12:22pm
Jenni Hutchinson
A lot of older people wouldn't be able to read the "Raised with Christ" bit. I really like #3. I think it will leap out at people. I also like #1.
April 18, 2009 at 2:57pm
Jenni Hutchinson
I numbered those pages in the order you wrote them in the message, Adrian, so I like the black cover/white text one, followed by the red one with the cross. God bless xx
April 18, 2009 at 4:11pm
Lee Shelton
I would experiment with different fonts, but this one is by far my favorite. It's unique and actually gives the title more impact.
April 18, 2009 at 7:40pm
Ken Finis
This one, definately. The white font running off the page would make me stop to look again and read the title and sub title. With so many books on the shelf, it's this sort of unique cover I think would catch the browsing eye!
April 19, 2009 at 4:36am
Steve Dunn
Yep, this is the one for sure! Cool, edgy; atypical too. Catches the eye, but has a crafty subtext to its layout that sends the right message.
April 19, 2009 at 12:07pm
Geoffrey Dennis
I think this is the only one that owkrs at all.
April 19, 2009 at 2:53pm
John Evan-s Regueira
I think this one is very pretty, but somehow feels more like a poster you could buy in a Christian bookshop rather than a book cover. Also, don't know what format the book will take. This one would work well as sleeve on a hardback, but not so sure on a paperback.
April 19, 2009 at 3:02pm
Julie Park
I like this one - but perhaps with different font?
April 19, 2009 at 7:54pm
Ken Shepherd
This is the runner up imho among the 4 choices.
April 19, 2009 at 9:42pm
Daniel Hames
I'd say this is easily the best. Has a simple gravitas.
April 20, 2009 at 10:57am
Phil Butcher
this looks by far the best in terms of colours and font, but not 100% sure about the missing white lettering idea. Maybe bring the white lettering over to the left a bit more but still keeping it 'off centre' would still be ok
April 21, 2009 at 11:01am
Jo Soda
I like this one a lot. I like the look of it = although at the same time the background texture makes me think of earth. Perhaps i'm reading too much into it but it gives me a feeling of being buried, or makes me think of a gravestone. So I don't think it's such a hopeful cover. But it looks cool.
April 21, 2009 at 1:51pm
Chris Kidd
Definitely the best one, but doesn't come across as awesome. There's a lot on the covers.
April 21, 2009 at 2:45pm
Louise Parmenter
This is my favourite too - firstly it will stand out amongst other books as you are challenged and engaged to find the title and then understand the meaning of the cover. I immediately thought it's like an analogy of looking for the wind in the effects it has, looking for Christ via the holy spirit.
April 25, 2009 at 3:19pm
Timothy Ha
Among the four, this is the best one.
April 26, 2009 at 7:03pm
David Crellin
My favourite, but why the different typeface for Resurrection?
