The community continues to give big for “Books at the Bedside.” In September, the City of Casper awarded the program a nearly $700 grant to purchase books. Diane Kasler’s Critical Chapter Book Club donated $120 to the program. Verda James Elementary recently collected spare change at their school’s book club and donated just over $67 to the program. The week of Thanksgiving, Ft.Caspar Elementary held a special presentation. The 3rd Graders held their own book drive and were able to collect over 300 books. We are humbled to be the recipients of your generosity. Thank you for giving a gift that lasts the lifetime – the gift of literacy.
