My 8 yo daughter, who has type 1 diabetes, uses a SPIbelt to hold her insulin pump. She wears the belt 24/7 and has been for the last 4.5 months. It's holding up wonderfully. We'll be ordering another one before too long to offer her a different pattern to wear. I also have one for holding my SPI while exercising. Mine doesn't get used quite as much as my daughter's. :)
