Celebrating Heroes
Make a difference in your community by joining the
Friends of the Elmhurst Public Library! This dedicated
group helps enhance the library’s resources and provides
support for services that are beyond the library’s budget.
Be sure to make your donation prior to Friday,
Nov. 20, so you can attend the annual meeting! Friends
members will be available to accept membership checks
the evening of the program, if you have not already
joined. The program, “Celebrating Heroes,” salutes valor
and service. Book dramatist Barbara Rinella will share
scenes and insights from favorite literary works that
focus on heroes, heroines, and the human spirit.
