Today I made a pumpkin soup that was so very delicious! Just pureed pumpkin, sautéed onions in olive oil, cumin, salt and Tabasco sauce. delicious!

Hi Aida! This recipe is NOT dry! And it's delicious. Try it as Shepherd's Pie with a mashed potato topping and some veggie gravy. Heaven!

Hi Cynthia! That pumpkin soup does sound delicious. It's on my list to make, right after pumpkin bread and pumpkin muffins. Gotta go buy some more pumpkins before they all disappear!

Well you're right as usual. Was out of parsley. It dresses up real nice as Shepherd's Pie - baked with mashed potatoes on top.
