we actually have elements of the web site redesign in place, but we're focused on iphone and other mobile for now... but it's definitely overdue, and it will get done at some point

I agree. This picture is great but it's soo different from the current flow of the website that it looks like the brand image has changed. My advice is to make sure the website and mobile app screens look similar
