Heck yeah man, one of the reasons I have a 09 G8 GT too......I knew it was gonna be the last of the dinosaurs from GM for quite some time. I'm done after 20 years of FWD ownership....back to basic......RWD or AWD or none.

I say we go AWD with that car... it would make launches unblievable, and also transfer it from a seasonal car to an all season car... not to mention the handling capabilities and such it could produce.

AWD is definatly cool! There are some drawbacks tho, with the power split, burnouts are impossible. Also, my uncle has a GC SRT8 and I, a 2005 GTO and, there are times when AWD bogs off the line. IMO, RWD, launched correctly, will get off the line first.
It's all down to personal preference. Seems to work for Audi and Lamborgini.

A must do... RWD or an AWD. GM needs to build something like this to save the company.
