The National Weather Service Offices, serving Kentucky, have issued heat advisories for much of Kentucky. With highs in the upper 90s, coupled with high humidity, heat indices will be over 100. Please use caution during prolonged outdoor activities, drink plenty of fluids, check on the elderlyand make sure your outdoor pets have plenty of fresh water and available shade.
