Team Self Destruct BMX Rider Cody Mulanax "self-destructed" (quite literally) his ankle doing a backflip at a demo today. 2 broken bones, dislocated ankle, and 8 torn ligaments. OUCH! Please pray for his surgery tomorrow and a speedy recovery!
