    • THE FACTORY Funny you mention that Julie!! I actually was teaching Berlin a little about wine while we baked. I explained to her about the different types of grapes and how they make different styles of wine and how wine is different from grape juice. I gave her a sip of the Tolosa Pinot Noir to sample and she said, "Mmmmmm, mommy that's good!" I looked around at my chefs and smiled proudly.
