Yesterday Santa Cruz County United Way launched 2-1-1 service! Good event. John Leopold, board of supervisor, made a 211 call for all to hear. It went great with multiple referrals for his senior neighbor. SCC Sheriff Dept was there as were reps from CalEMA, Paramedics, and other public safety departments.
