This is elbow sweat from my Pump n Burn workout today. I don't sweat much and when I do, it's definitely not usually at the insides of my elbows. I'll take it after using 30# during the entire leg portion and 20# for chest AND being able to "hover" WHILE doing alternate toe touches (like planking) for 1:24!

I haven't done that EVER in a Pump n Burn workout. Can't wait for Pump n Shred again on Friday! Add weight to keep your muscles challenged!! Challenge = change.
