We had such a great turnout last night @ Barnes & Noble Eastridge. So many people attended that Chris couldn't answer everyones question before they closed so he finished up in front of the store. Tonight Chris & I will be at Copperfield's Books in Petaluma. Hope you can join us.

      I just got home from seeing you guys at The Wells Fargo Center in Santa Rosa. I purchased 2 VIP tix so we could get a guaranteed question with Sylvia. I have been bragging about this and have been so excited for weeks. Unfortunately there w...as a mix up and my row, along with at least 20 other people in the rows in front of me didnt get to the stage to get our questions answered. i talked to the WFC staff and they said they had just gotten another complaint from someone in our row. As we were walkng out people next to us were complaining about having VIP tix and wondering why our row wasnt called. WFC directed me to Sylvia's husband (Whom we had just purchased $150 worth of jewelry from before the show). We explained to him what happened and all he told us was "Sorry, those rows were called". We explained it again to him and he said "Sorry, i dont know what to tell you". What a complete disappointment. So, i can say.....these were the worst Bday presents ever! :(
      And, WFC staff knew what happened and said it wasnt right we paid so much extra for our tix and couldnt even help since it was rented to Sylvia and staff.....Bummer!       See More

      I was also at the Wells Fargo Center and i purchased VIP tix. I thought for weeks and weeks about the question i wanted to ask. I also was in the row that paid for the VIP tix and didnt get called up. We knew we paid to have a question, and... saw the other rows go up.....and we waited and waited for them to come back for our row. We thought that maybe the line was too long and they would be back for us when there was enough room. It was totally disappointing. Can you imagine being so excited and thinking for weeks about a question...only to be forgotten?See More
