Green Day is still an amazing live band, but I couldn't help feeling throughout their set that I'd seen this show before. It was pretty much the same thing they did on the American Idiot tour. Different backdrop of graphics, but it was the same hand waving, clapping, fire spewing show they've been doing for years.

This was a great show, but I agree that there was some rehashing going on. I still give them credit for keeping the audience involved as much as they can, without too much reliance on having the crowd sing most of the lyrics.

Marty, I agree. The real power of Green Day's live show lies in the fact that there isn't a dull moment the entire time. There is constant connection with the audience, and that is a powerful thing.

I agree! I loved it when he was lying on stage singing old classic Rock-n-Roll songs!!! That was just cool! Justin(the guy he brought on stage during Longview) was fantastic! I 've been trying to find that on youtube!!!
