5th Annual Gala “Puttin On The Glitz, Glam And Glitter” to benefit The
Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Southern Illinois

The 5th Annual Gala event, A Dazzling Revue, “Puttin On The Glitz, Glam And
Glitter,” (Fantastic Food, Fabulous Fashions, Charming Celebrities And Electric
Entertainment), to benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Southern Illinois,
will be held Saturday, April 14th at Bellecourt Manor in Belleville, IL.

Your Host and Chairperson for the event is Frank Cusumano, Sports Announcer
and Radio Personality for KSDK-TV Channel 5 and KFNS (590am) Radio.
The event will feature a Fashion Show, Produced by Dwight Carter, Owner of
Rock Uniform, and Fashion Experts, Laura Kathleen Planck from Project Runway,
and Melanie Moon, Channel 11 News Anchor, who will act as Emcees. Models
Celebrities and Fashion designers will be available, including Rebel Tart, Project Design
People’s Choice Award Winner of the St. Louis Fashion Week. Tables of (8) are
available at a cost of $400.00. Tickets are $50.00 per person. This will include
dinner, entertainment, fashion show, awards ceremony, oral and silent auctions.

The Epilepsy Foundation leads the fight to stop seizures, find a cure, and overcome
