i have a project 365, & i use a blog for it (blipfoto.com, it's very simple & amazing :D but there are a lot of photo blogs out there that do the one picture a day thing.). but you can do your project wherever you want, like on flickr or wherever you post your pictures. all you have to do is take your picture and upload!
