FYI that was my idea too.... I love their stuff and have an I for decorating. Was there 4 days days on the register by day 2 sold sold much stuff due to my excellent customer service skills. $300/$800/$500/$500 maybe more, worked with the store mgr on days 4 and was told I had a terrible power hour the day before. She felt I spent too much time ... See Morewith a couple who had questions on a sofa,rug and 2 chairs they were looking to purchase. I was so shocked!!! She explained that it was about how many people were counted entering the store. I have worked in sales since I was 16 and am 48 now. I could not believe what I was hearing... I worked 4 hour shifts so when I did the math I had great days. I love people and people love me... Customer service to me is about the customer, that's what make them come back again and again. Because people buy people first, no-one is or should be treated like a number!! Hence the fact it was not the place for me. Good Luck though maybe your experience will be different than mine....
