I got a sweet new place to play tunes and do my thing while you do yours!
Come on down THURSDAY NIGHTS to SAFFRON'S on Corydon (681 Corydon at Hugo St.).
I'm back to the acoustic playing my own stuff other stuff that I like. It's a cool-yet-warm, cozy room with some drink specials and some some of the BEST... food in town.
So it'll be good drinks, great food, groovy music, awesome special guests... and it's all on Corydon. :-)
My first set starts @ 9:30PM... it'll be awesome to see y'all there to kick this new night off!!

...well... I've been around and things are alright. :-)
Monday night is the Metallica concert so, for those of you who are going to the concert on Thanksgiving Monday, there are *very few* options to drink afterwards... luckily there's one good one:
So after the Metallica... show (or even if you're just looking to *escape* Thanksgiving dinner with the family), come on over to SHANNON'S IRISH PUB and enjoy some live rawk and raw funk along with some various drink specials...
...including one of Metallica's favourites (before they jumped on the "wagon")... JÄGERMEISTER for only $3.00!!
Of course... I'll be on stage periodically... inevitably fielding requests for Metallica songs.
(those of you who didn't grow up with me might be pleasantly surprised)
So yeah... see y'all there... kick-off is @ around 11:00PM...

The school year has begun again (for me anyway)... and one of my favourite things about starting school are the beer-bashes on campus during orientation week.
We'll I'm back on stage... this time *solo* and hopefully without the crumbling mic-stand or fire-alarm incidents that made my band's set last year so interesting.... ;-)
For those of you that were used to the sets @ Shannons, this is actually going to be an ALL-ORIGINAL performance and I'm really looking forward to banging out some NEW SONGS for everyone.
So if you're on campus at the University of Manitoba that day... you know where to show up @ 4:00PM...

After over two years, my Wednesday nights @ Shannon's Irish Pub are coming to a bittersweet end. "Tequila hUMp Days" as we knew and loved them will be no more.
So let's go out with a bang... or better yet... with a GONG!
It don't matter if you work early the next day, it don't matter if you're tryin...g to cut back on your drinking, it makes no difference if you're black or white (or somewhere in between)... if you're a boy or a girl (or somewhere in between)... you get the picture. :-P
I'll be playing some other dates in September and October (which will be listed on my actual website at http://www.pintomusic.com ...) while I plot my next heist... I would like to thank Shannon's Irish Pub for their support up to now.
