Pitkämies
Some of us may know Samuel Meri as the guy who won the donut eating competition at the 1 year birthday bash of Pitkämies (the video has unfortunately been pulled off from Youtube since we played the Ramones in the background), but he is also a very active musician.
He has promised to finally finish his christmas song a...nd perform it for us. Nice background music to your christmas shopping, in fact
The other band performing is Long-Sam who is a one man band from Jyväskylä who managed to combine Nick Drake and Kraftwerk influences in his well received debut album (5 stars from Noise.fi, for what it is worth, for example).
So that's what we have in store for a hopefully relaxing saturday afternoon at Pitkämies.
