I get emails on a regular basis saying I can get an amazon gift card with my points.
AND, I have enough points. But when I try to check out, I get stopped saying I have to be a platinum member to redeem my points.

Pam I keep trying to swap HBC reward points for Aeroplan points it all goes through so far then it tells me my Aeroplan Number is invalid, it is not its the one I always use also the points havn't been updated since las t year???what has happened I never had this problem before???
