Just got a box of POM juice in the mail today! WOW! Nothing says Holiday Time like POM Wonderful, it's gorgeous. I can't wait to make up the newest creation floating around in my head....Snowflake Pastry Cups with Pomegranate Mousse! Fingers crossed that they turn out as yummy as I imagine!:)
Last year I made up a r...ecipe for a fat-free chilled pomegranate & strawberry soup and it was so good that we have all our friends and family hooked on it! It's our newest Holiday tradition and I plan on making it every year! I served it up in shot glasses as appetizers and ended up making a whole new batch because it was GONE. Amanda Hey - I was one of the winners on the How do you POM during the holidays? contest - I emailed and all, but never got any pomegranats in the mail :( Can someone let me know if they'll be sending still?
