That last one is a good point - Washington Square's parking is quite extensive. However, PCC doesn't have a lot of space to expand since they are on a hill. I live a few miles from campus and want to come and go when it's most convenient for me. Taking mass transportation takes longer and adds to the distance I have to travel.
