2-1-1 Tampa Bay Cares In times of disaster, 2-1-1 will be the primary source to connect you to health and human services information and recovery resources. 2-1-1 TBC serves as a key partner on the Disaster Recovery Leadership Network who's role is to coordinate efforts to ensure Pinellas County residents have access to essential services after a disaster.
