I totally agree with Paula. I have several students in my classes who have no learning problems but do have physical limitations that result in unreadable handwriting. I see absolutely no problem with them cutting-and-pasting information. These students also are allowed to submit computer-generated (i.e. typed) original papers when other students are required to submit handwritten original papers.
